In fact, I even recommend telling google if you feel that your CTR is not natural ( more than 40% ). Ask them to investigate those clicks; in case one of your competitors tries to get you banned. There are still many legal ways to "MAKE" your visitors click your ads, such as blends your ads, place it in a strategic position, or using link units.
